Cancellation & Refund Policy
At B.V. Rental Car, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation terms are fair and straightforward.
Cancellation Timelines
- More than 24 hours prior to pickup: 100% full refund of any advance booking deposit paid.
- Between 12 to 24 hours prior to pickup: 50% refund of advance deposit or option to reschedule booking to another available date without penalty.
- Less than 12 hours or No-Show: Advance deposit is non-refundable due to vehicle holding and opportunity loss.
Early Vehicle Return
If you return the vehicle earlier than the booked return time, rental charges for the completed days will be calculated based on standard daily slabs. Partial refund for unused days is considered on a case-by-case basis depending on advance notice.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via UPI, IMPS, or original payment method within 2 to 3 working business days.
